There's something about all those choices and low prices one finds at Wal-Mart that Marxists everywhere find so appalling.
They apparently prefer the bread lines and empty shelves so common in the former Soviet Union.  Ah, those were the days.
A letter to a writer on the subject of those evil capitalists at Wal-Mart follows.

I agree with your assessment about class action abuses against Wal-Mart and other companies, but I think your conclusion
misses the more fundamental point.  That is, the plaintiffs in this case are arguing their case based on federal employment
law, namely that corporations must abide by federal anti-discrimination legislation.  It is my belief that this is wholly
unconstitutional.

In fact, the federal government is violating the First Amendment, which clearly states, "Congress shall make no
law…prohibiting…the right of the people peaceably to assemble."  Could the language be any clearer?  There are no caveats or
exceptions, such as "…unless politically correct groups pressure Congress to do their bidding."  Congress has clearly
overstepped its authority.  It sees fit to tell private companies how to run every aspect of their businesses, including the
make up of the workforce.

Of course, this assumes anyone in Washington, D.C. even pretends to adhere to the Constitution they take an oath to uphold.
The result is little more the democratic mob rule.
