Thanksgiving day is spent in Mazatlan - definitely a larger, more industrial city than Puerto Vallarta. They
like different modes of transportation in Mazatlan. Why take the direct route when you can get the
gringos to climb on a tram, then pickup trucks, followed by a boat, and finally a tractor of all things? This
brings us to Stone Island, which really isn't an island. Don't ask. Here we spend the afternoon on the
beach, ride some horses, and eat lots of delicious shrimp.
